Family of 4: mother and three children Due to the traditional floor plan, which has connected rooms that do not maintain privacy in each room, it is challenging to improve through full renovation. Also, securing parking spaces is impossible, so we have decided to build everything from scratch.
Luxurious Facilities.
There are four rooms: a shoe closet, pantry, storage space for a Roomba (robot vacuum cleaner), and a kitchen with an island counter. In the second-floor hall, there is a laundry room and ironing corner, as well as two walk-in closets. Both the first and second floors have a washbasin and toilet, and the bathroom is standard 3.306㎡. We proposed a layout that maximizes space efficiency, avoiding any sense of crampedness.
At the front entrance, indirect lighting highlights the tiles, creating a welcoming atmosphere for the whole family. We have incorporated a staircase in the living room to prioritize communication between family members. In preparation for the future, the layout is designed so that all living activities can be completed on the first floor, and all doors are sliding doors.
Exterior:
The exterior features white siding, a wood-grain front door, and a blue roof. The entrance area is accented with JOLIPAT More Plain, creating a simple and cute finish.
A vertical lattice with a sheet matching the front door pattern is used as an additional accent.
A hook for wet umbrellas is attached next to the front door to prevent them from being brought inside.
A parcel delivery box has been installed to receive packages during absences, contributing to a simple exterior design.

● The GG1 model has a tank but appears tankless. It features a clean design that minimizes gaps and steps between the toilet bowl and the "Washlet" seat. The slim profile extends to the floor, providing a spacious feel.
● Due to the limited depth in the toilet area, the GG model was chosen for its compact depth, which is 70mm shorter than other models.
