Step 1: Learning Basic Construction and Tool Usage

First, you'll enter the field with veteran craftsmen. You'll gradually learn how to handle tools. Whether it's using a power driver to precisely stop a screw in place, cutting straight with a power saw, or shaving smoothly with a planer, your skills will improve day by day. As you realize your growth, saying, "I can do this now!" brings a sense of accomplishment and joy.

Step 2: Learning Wall Construction and Marking

Next, you'll learn tasks like attaching plasterboards to walls and plastering. Additionally, you'll acquire marking skills, essential for residential construction. Marking involves displaying necessary lines and positions on the floor and walls during construction. Although it might sound challenging, don't worry—we'll teach you step by step.

Step 3: Learning Finishing Work

You'll learn to finish tasks like installing flooring, stairs, and doors. Although you perform various tasks, you need more than just doing what you're told at the site. This is a step to becoming proficient in working independently.

Step 1. Initial Training and Skill Enhancement

As new employees, carpenters will first learn basic skills and knowledge. At Miyamoto Koumuten, we offer a thorough training program that allows new hires to gain practical experience on-site and enhance their skills. Specifically, you will learn a wide range of skills, from construction basics to the latest techniques, focusing on quality. You will acquire professional skills through guidance from senior carpenters and on-site experience.

Step 2. Career Transition

After gaining experience, carpenters can transition to higher roles like site management and design. You will oversee construction site operations and manage quality and site management processes. In the design department, they will translate customer needs into concrete plans. By leveraging your on-site experience, you can develop the ability to oversee entire construction projects.

Step 3. Career as an Educator

In the later stages of their career, carpenters can take on the role of training the next generation of carpenters. As part of the new training program, you will provide technical instruction and mentoring to younger carpenters, passing on their experience and knowledge. Through this role, you will maintain and enhance Miyamoto Koumuten's standards and culture, contributing to its growth.

Employment Status:

Full-time Employee

Salary/Benefits:

Monthly salary: 200,000 yen to 300,000 yen (annual income: 2,400,000 yen to 3,600,000 yen) + incentives
(The final salary will be determined considering the previous salary, experience, and abilities.)

Promotions: Based on abilities

Incentives: Twice a year (August, December) ※ Depends on performance

Transportation expenses: Fully covered

Commuting by car: Allowed (Parking available)

Insurance: Various types of social insurance are available (employment, labor accident, health, welfare pension)
